This ‘Rehabilitation in Palliative Care Reference Guide’ was developed to equip OTs with a basic knowledge of OT practice in palliative care and support their clinical decision-making processes.

Upper limb interventions after stroke’ was created by 3 experienced occupational therapists and completed with input from a review committee of 21 occupational therapists from various organisations in Singapore.

This guideline is developed to help fellow OTs understand their roles in facilitating RTW at different stages of a worker’s recovery and to facilitate dialogue on RTW with various stakeholders.

SAOT, TTSH & NUH have collaborated to produce this pocket guide for OTs in Singapore.

This guideline is intended for Occupational Therapists who are involved in the assessment, training and procurement of powered mobility aids in their daily practice.
